Entry-Level Solar Installer

As an Entry-Level Solar Installer, you will assist with the installation and maintenance of solar panel systems for residential and commercial properties. No previous experience is required as we are willing to provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of solar panels and associated equipment
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform routine maintenance on existing solar systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on job sites
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Basic understanding of electrical systems preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Valid visa for working in the US (visa sponsorship available)
