Machine Operator



We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery. Your main duties will include inspecting machines for any malfunctions, adjusting machine settings, and ensuring that production runs smoothly.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of how different machines work and the ability to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. You must also have physical stamina and dexterity as this job requires standing for long periods and handling heavy machinery.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Operate machines to produce high-quality products
- Inspect machines for any malfunctions or defects
- Troubleshoot issues with machines as they arise

- Follow all safety protocols and regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
