Experienced Barista


We are a busy coffee shop in the vibrant city of El-Ain, seeking an experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. We are looking for someone with a passion for coffee and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed when handling food and drinks
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Train new employees on proper drink making techniques and customer service standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail with strong time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one
