ESL Teacher

We are currently in need of an experienced ESL teacher to join our team in the beautiful city of Os, located in the heart of Croatia. As an ESL teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive lessons that help students improve their English language skills. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$ per month, and accommodation will be provided. Visa sponsorship is also available for non-EU citizens.

Responsibilities:
- Create lesson plans and activities that align with the curriculum and cater to the needs of individual students
- Utilize various teaching methods and materials to ensure student engagement and understanding
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and parents as needed
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Attend meetings and professional development trainings as required

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching ESL to students of varying ages and levels
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Teaching certification or TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification
- Experience working with international students or in a multicultural setting
- Fluency in Croatian or another European language
