DevOps Developer for Part-Time Position in the US


We are in need of a skilled and experienced DevOps Developer to join our team on a part-time basis in the US. As a DevOps Developer, you will be responsible for developing, deploying and maintaining our company's software systems. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our software infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation scripts for infrastructure management
- Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment of new features
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure and servers
- Implement security measures to protect company data and systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a DevOps Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Puppet or Chef
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash or PowerShell
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
- Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios or Prometheus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in an Agile environment
- Knowledge of database management systems like MySQL or MongoDB
- Understanding of networking concepts such as load balancing and DNS management

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position without accommodation. The candidate must have their own computer and internet access. The candidate will work remotely from their location within the US.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
