Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in the city of Alta. Your primary role will be to work closely with clients to understand their business needs and create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and cost-effective architectural designs. You will also collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their commercial building needs
- Develop conceptual designs based on client requirements
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for building projects
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design development
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals during the construction process
- Review project costs and make recommendations for cost-effective solutions
- Ensure that all building codes and regulations are met in the design process
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on client feedback or project constraints
- Utilize computer-aided design software to create 3D models and renderings of proposed projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a commercial architect
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Salary: $1000 per month (without accommodation)
