Job Title: Commercial Architect - Alta, Norway


We are hiring a talented Commercial Architect to join our dynamic team in Alta, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures, including office buildings, retail spaces, and hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals that meet their requirements
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws
- Select appropriate materials and finishes for each project based on budget, aesthetic considerations, and functionality
- Oversee construction projects to ensure they are completed within budget and on schedule
- Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited university
- At least 3 years of experience working as a commercial architect
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Norway
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and project team members
- Proven track record of successfully completing commercial projects on time and within budget

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this contract position.
