Industrial alpinism vacancy in Vianden Luxembourg

Industrial Alpinist

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Vianden. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at height, such as maintenance, repairs, and inspections on industrial structures and equipment. You will need to have strong physical abilities and technical skills to navigate and work safely in challenging environments.

Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks at height using ropes, harnesses, and other climbing equipment
- Inspect and assess the condition of industrial structures and equipment
- Carry out maintenance and repairs on industrial structures and equipment
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure the safety of yourself and others
- Communicate with team members and clients regarding project progress
- Keep accurate records of work performed

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Industrial Alpinist
- Valid certification in industrial rope access techniques (e.g. IRATA or SPRAT)
- Strong physical abilities and stamina to perform tasks at height
- Technical knowledge of rigging systems, knots, anchors, etc.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Willingness to travel for projects within or outside of Vianden

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Vianden but may require travel for projects within or outside of the city.
