Civil Engineer

We are in need of a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Remish. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and possess excellent project management skills. They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and design to implementation and completion. The successful candidate will also have experience in budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, they must have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with contractors, architects, and other team members. This role offers a salary of 1300$ per month, along with accommodation and visa sponsorship opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other team members
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare progress reports for clients or stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are completed within budget constraints
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship
- Provide guidance to junior engineers or technicians as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in managing construction projects from conception to completion
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders including contractors, architects, and clients

Preferred:
- Previous experience working on projects in Africa
