We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and precision, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles and create repair plans
- Perform body repairs including welding, sanding, painting, and panel replacements
- Ensure all repairs are completed accurately and within specified time frame
- Communicate with customers to explain repair process and provide updates on progress
- Keep work area clean and organized to maintain a safe working environment
- Utilize various tools and equipment such as air compressors, paint guns, and hand tools

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and procedures
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Experience with using various hand tools and equipment for repairs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex repair processes to customers

Preference will be given to candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Kenyan nationality or willing to relocate from Kenya
- No English language proficiency required
- No prior experience necessary
