Librarian Assistant

The Librarian Assistant will work under the supervision of a qualified librarian to support the operations of the library. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in literature, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position based in Lisbon, with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing library materials, including cataloguing, shelving, and inventory
- Provide assistance to library patrons in finding and accessing materials
- Help maintain order and cleanliness within the library
- Assist with organizing and promoting library events and programs
- Conduct basic research to support library initiatives
- Collaborate with other staff members to improve library services and resources

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field (preferred, but not required)
