Project Manager



Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Funchal. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the completion of projects within the given timeframe and budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project objectives are met and delivered to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully managing projects and possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders and manage their expectations
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to the team
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Effectively manage project resources, including team members, contractors, and vendors
- Conduct post-project evaluations and share lessons learned with the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with project management software
- Fluency in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)
