Architectural Designer (Braga, Portugal)


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for developing and designing architectural plans, layouts and blueprints for various construction projects. Your main goal will be to create functional, safe and aesthetically pleasing structures that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs, preferences and budget limitations
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project planning
- Develop architectural plans, drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and quality
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on client feedback or site constraints
- Present designs to clients for approval
- Provide guidance and support to junior designers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and construction methods
- Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively
