Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager

As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue. Your main goal will be to attract new clients and maintain existing relationships by providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services, rates, and availability
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Monitor sales performance by analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions
- Prepare regular reports on sales activity, market trends, and potential leads

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hotel industry
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
