IT Manager

Location: Alta, Norway

Salary: $1500 per month (with free visa and ticket)



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Alta, Norway. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the information technology needs of our company. Your role will involve managing a team of IT professionals and ensuring that all technological systems are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the overall goals of the company
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware and software systems
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing technical support to employees
- Monitor network security and implement necessary measures to protect company data
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
- Manage budgets for hardware, software, and IT services
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation in our company

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems, networking, security, and software applications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Experience working in a multinational company or with international clients/customers
