Contract Industrial Architect - Herning, Denmark



A fast-growing industrial construction company is seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Herning, Denmark. As a Contract Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. This is a contract position without accommodation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Strong design skills with proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings and facilities
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, specifications, and cost estimates for each project
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that it meets design specifications and deadlines
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure project success
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects on the team
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, materials, and techniques

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per week for this contract position.
