Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, monitoring inventory, and ensuring quality service

- Create an inviting atmosphere for guests by maintaining cleanliness, ambiance, and customer satisfaction
- Train and mentor staff on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Manage budget and expenses to meet financial targets
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of high-quality food items
- Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly to maintain a positive reputation for the restaurant

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Filipino cuisine
- Proven track record of increasing sales and managing budgets effectively
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
