Office Assistant
A well-established company in Isa Town is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join their team. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Help with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff members
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- Biometric passport (preferably)
- Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
