Team Lead (Indian Candidates Only)

We are currently hiring an experienced Team Lead to join our growing team in Herzliya. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of employees and ensuring their success in achieving company goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to motivate and guide team members towards success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss progress, address any concerns, and provide guidance.
- Create a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and growth.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Team Lead or similar role.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
