Team Lead - Customer Service (Herzliya, Pakistan)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our Customer Service team in Herzliya. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service representatives to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives in providing exceptional service to our customers
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and training as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and make recommendations for improvement or recognition
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of CRM systems is preferred
