We are currently hiring an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Khanpur, Pakistan. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing architectural plans and blueprints for various projects. You will collaborate with clients and project managers to understand their needs and requirements, and use your creativity and technical skills to bring their vision to life. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architecture, excellent design skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, free visa sponsorship, and airfare included.

Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural plans and blueprints for various projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Use your creativity and technical skills to design innovative solutions.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and presentations using computer-aided design software.
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other team members.
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and ensure that designs are being implemented correctly.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and technologies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp or Revit.
- Strong design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
