Typesetter (Part-time)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Typesetter to join our publishing team in Ashdod. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and laying out text, images, and graphics to create visually appealing and readable documents. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:
- Format and typeset text, images, and graphics according to design specifications
- Ensure proper spacing, alignment, and font usage in all documents
- Collaborate with editors and designers to ensure cohesive layout and design
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed
- Use software programs such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress to create layouts
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the typesetting process

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Typesetter or in a similar role
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
