Junior Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Architectural Designer to join our growing team in Eschen. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural projects, from concept to completion. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual with limited experience to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers and architects to develop design concepts and solutions
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using various software programs
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and construction techniques
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and documentation
- Attend site visits and meetings with clients to gather project requirements
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent design skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and building codes
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Fluency in English (Malayalee candidates preferred)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month. Accommodation can be provided for foreign candidates if needed.
