Facade Technician

As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing building facades in the city of La-Condamine. This includes working on exterior walls, windows, and other structural elements to ensure they are safe and visually appealing. You will use a variety of tools and techniques to inspect, clean, and repair facades as needed. This is a contract job without accommodation, so you must have your own visa and be able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect building facades for damage or wear
- Clean facades using appropriate methods and equipment
- Repair any damaged or deteriorating areas
- Install new elements such as windows or cladding
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and regulations
- Communicate with building owners or managers to discuss repairs or maintenance needs
- Keep accurate records of work done and materials used

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Facade Technician or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of facade materials and repair techniques
- Ability to work at heights safely
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina for working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills in English (French proficiency is a plus)
- Own visa for working in La-Condamine
