Land Surveyor


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Eschen, providing accurate and detailed surveys for a variety of projects. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to measure land boundaries, topography, and other important features for construction, mapping, and development purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting field surveys to determine property boundaries and collect data on topography, contours, and other relevant features
- Using specialized surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS systems, and laser scanners
- Calculating land measurements and creating accurate maps and reports
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate data collection
- Identifying potential problems or discrepancies in survey data and recommending solutions
- Maintaining accurate records of survey data for future reference
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations while conducting surveys on construction sites or other potentially hazardous locations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a land surveyor or similar role
- Experience with specialized surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS systems, and laser scanners
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to calculate land measurements accurately
- Attention to detail with excellent observation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Salary:
$1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Eschen, Liechtenstein (open to candidates from any nationality)
