Job Title: Barista - Coffee Connoisseur (Funchal, Portugal)

As a Barista - Coffee Connoisseur, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of high-quality coffee beverages while providing excellent customer service. Located in the beautiful city of Funchal, Portugal, this contract job offers accommodation and requires candidates to have a biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all products served
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, taking orders, and handling payments
- Educate customers on different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Restock supplies as needed and keep track of inventory levels
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous barista experience preferred but not required
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of different types of beans, roasts, brewing methods, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new recipes and techniques
- Biometric passport required for international applicants

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
