As an Interpreter, you will be responsible for providing accurate and effective interpretation services in English and Norwegian for various clients and events. You will need to have a strong command of both languages and possess excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Provide interpretation services in English and Norwegian for meetings, conferences, and other events
- Accurately convey the meaning and tone of the speaker's words
- Maintain confidentiality and neutrality while interpreting
- Prepare for assignments by researching relevant terminology and familiarizing yourself with the subject matter
- Use specialized software or equipment as needed
- Act as a cultural liaison between parties if necessary

Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Norwegian (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening
- Proven experience as an interpreter or similar role
- Knowledge of industry-specific terminology is preferred
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends if needed
