Civil Engineer Supervisor - Shan, Nepal


We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer Supervisor to join our team in Shan, Nepal. As a Civil Engineer Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Monitor project progress and ensure that work is being completed according to specifications and safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Prepare project reports and updates for stakeholders
- Review and approve design plans and proposals
- Conduct site inspections to assess progress and identify any potential issues or delays
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Mentor and train junior engineers on technical skills and project management techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering or construction supervision role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience working on projects with visa sponsorship is preferred
