Architecture Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to oversee our projects in Oslo, Norway. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of architects, ensuring the successful completion of projects from conception to construction. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet their needs and adhere to all relevant regulations and standards. You will also be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects to successfully deliver projects from conception to construction
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure designs meet their needs
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations and standards
- Oversee quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project goals
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding project updates
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop strategies to mitigate them

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and management roles
- Extensive knowledge of architectural principles, design techniques, building codes, and regulations
- Proven experience in successfully managing projects from conception to construction within budget constraints
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Proficient in relevant software such as AutoCAD or Revit

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Oslo, Norway (Free visa and ticket provided)
