Network and Systems Administrator

We are a leading IT company based in La-Condamine, seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our network and systems infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Manage system backups, updates, and security protocols
- Provide technical support to staff for network and systems related inquiries
- Collaborate with other IT team members to develop solutions for any network or systems related problems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with Windows Server operating systems
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure

Preferred:
- Professional certification in networking or systems administration (CCNA/ MCSA)
- Experience working in an IT support role or internship
- Knowledge of Linux operating system
