Team Lead (Contract) - Aalborg, Denmark


We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Aalborg, Denmark. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of professionals to ensure project success and client satisfaction. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project deliverables are met
- Facilitate communication between team members and collaborate with other departments to achieve project goals
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and training as needed
- Develop project plans, set timelines, and allocate resources effectively
- Identify potential risks or issues and take proactive measures to address them
- Ensure quality standards are met and deliverables are completed within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in software development or IT industry
- Fluency in Danish language
- PMP certification or equivalent
