We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Aalborg. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from conception to completion. This includes leading a team of architects, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring projects meet all necessary requirements and standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong project management abilities, and a deep understanding of architectural principles and practices. This full-time position offers a salary of 1300$ per month, accommodation, and a free visa and ticket. This role is suitable for men who are passionate about architecture and looking to take on a challenging and rewarding role in one of Denmark's most vibrant cities.

As an Architecture Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Leading a team of architects to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary standards
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences for each project
- Managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and resources effectively
- Conducting regular site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans
- Communicating updates and progress reports to clients, stakeholders, and the project team
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Overseeing the development of architectural designs and plans
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team
- Identifying areas for improvement in processes or procedures to increase efficiency

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent project management abilities with experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of architectural principles, design techniques, building codes/laws/regulations
and construction processes
