Hotel Sales Manager
The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's sales strategy and driving revenue growth. They will create and implement sales plans, develop relationships with potential clients, and manage the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue
- Build relationships with potential clients through networking and cold calling
- Manage the sales team to ensure targets are met
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable deals for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with market trends and competitors
Location: Khanpur (visa sponsorship available)
Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
