Senior Architect in US

As a Senior Architect in the US, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and planning for our projects. This includes creating conceptual designs, developing detailed plans and specifications, and coordinating with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual designs for new projects based on client requirements and budget constraints
- Create detailed plans and specifications using various software and tools
- Coordinate with other architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Conduct research on building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations to ensure compliance in all project designs
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision for the project and provide innovative solutions to meet their needs
- Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed within scope
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect in a similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other related software programs
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations related to architectural design in the US
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality assurance
