We are hiring a skilled and creative Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and arranging beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and special events. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and create unique designs that meet their needs.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions
- Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and provide expert recommendations
- Order and maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
- Arrange flowers in a visually appealing manner
- Ensure timely delivery of orders
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new floral design techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar role
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong customer service skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 25lbs)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in floral design is preferred
Salary: $900/month (Part-time)
