Office Manager

Our growing company in Os is looking for a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in office management and possess strong leadership skills. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks, managing the office budget, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities:
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Create and implement office policies and procedures
- Oversee the work of administrative staff
- Coordinate with HR in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Prepare monthly budgets and financial reports
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Communicate with external partners, vendors, and clients
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in office management or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
