Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team in La-Condamine. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors and other professionals to ensure successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals for projects
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure high standards are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Prior experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software
