Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in La-Condamine. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors and subcontractors. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing resources and resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and ensure all expenses are within budget constraints
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Identify potential issues or conflicts and work to resolve them in a timely manner
- Manage resources effectively to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
- Oversee the selection of materials and equipment for construction projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
