Office Manager - Fonvieille, France
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Fonvieille. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the overall functioning of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and readily available
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
- Maintain office budget and expenses, tracking costs and finding ways to reduce spending
- Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Act as a liaison between various departments within the company, ensuring clear communication and coordination
- Train new employees on office procedures and policies
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in an administrative or office management role required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Fluent in French (written and spoken)
Salary: $1300/month. This is a full-time position with benefits. Preference given to local candidates. We welcome applications from freshers who possess relevant skills.
