A reputable landscaping company in Odense is seeking an experienced Gardener to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens and landscapes of our clients to the highest standards. This position offers a competitive salary of 1000$ per month, with the added benefit of accommodation provided. We welcome both men and women to apply for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, watering, weeding, and pruning
- Plant new flowers, plants, shrubs or trees as needed
- Monitor plant health and make recommendations for fertilizers or treatments
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment such as lawnmowers and trimmers
- Keep gardens free from debris and maintain a clean and well-organized work area
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Provide suggestions for garden design or improvements based on knowledge of plants and landscaping techniques

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener in a professional setting preferred
- Knowledge of different plant species, gardening techniques, and equipment operation
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure gardens are maintained to high standards
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or overtime during busy periods

We are looking for someone who is passionate about gardening and takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. A valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
