A reputable gardening company in Odense is seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of various gardens and outdoor spaces in the city.

Key Responsibilities:
- Performing regular maintenance tasks such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, weeding flower beds, and watering plants
- Planting new flowers, shrubs, and trees according to design plans
- Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Cleaning and maintaining garden tools and equipment
- Assisting with landscape projects including installation of irrigation systems, pathways, and outdoor structures
- Communicating with clients to understand their gardening needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of various plants, flowers, trees, and gardening techniques
- Ability to operate gardening tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Valid work permit/visa for Denmark (preferred but not required)
