We are hiring an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel through proactive sales strategies and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage group bookings
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of the hospitality industry, market trends, and competitors
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with accommodation. A valid biometric passport is required for this position.
