Sales Manager - Sharjah

As a Sales Manager for our company in Sharjah, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and driving the overall sales strategy for our organization. Your primary goal will be to increase revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record in sales management, preferably in the Canadian or Nepali market. As an English-speaking professional, you will be able to effectively communicate with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain existing client relationships through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Utilize market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities for growth
- Prepare regular sales reports to track performance against targets
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in the Canadian or Nepali market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and techniques
- Proficient in MS Office applications

Salary: $1400 per month (without accommodation)
