Entry-Level Concierge in Nizwa, Oman


A luxury hotel in Nizwa, Oman is seeking an entry-level Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Answer questions and provide recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, theaters, and other venues
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests such as room service orders or additional amenities
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or complaints
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- No prior experience required; training will be provided on the job
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Strong knowledge of local area attractions and services
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to legally work in Oman
