Job Title: Seasonal Restaurant Manager

A busy restaurant in Jeddah is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Seasonal Restaurant Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry and work with a diverse team. As this is a seasonal position, we are specifically looking for candidates who do not require previous experience or fluency in English.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Create and implement seasonal menus, including special promotions and events.
- Train and supervise staff on food preparation, hygiene standards, and customer service.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
- Monitor financial performance and make necessary adjustments to meet targets.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements:
- No prior experience in restaurant management required.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours during the busy season.
- Fluent in Hindi or any Indian language preferred.
- Must have a valid visa for working in Jeddah.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.

We offer competitive compensation of 1100$ per month, as well as visa sponsorship for international candidates. This position is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indian candidates due to our diverse clientele.
