Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine (Jeddah, Saudi Arabia)



We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our Indian cuisine restaurant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including but not limited to staff management, customer service, inventory control, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers while maintaining profitability
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent service standards and adherence to company policies
- Oversee daily operations including food preparation, inventory management, and cash handling
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Manage employee schedules and handle any staffing issues that may arise
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for all staff members
- Create and maintain a positive work culture that encourages teamwork and high levels of motivation among employees

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in an Indian cuisine restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, food safety regulations, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team
- Proven track record of meeting financial targets and controlling costs effectively

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

This position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Contract type:
This is a full-time contract job with accommodation provided by the company.

The selected candidate will be sponsored for a work visa by the company.
