We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Concierge to join our luxury hotel in Herzliya. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by assisting them with their needs and requests, such as making reservations, arranging transportation, and recommending local attractions.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of the local area and attractions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Provide personalized recommendations and arrange reservations for restaurants, tours, and other activities
- Arrange transportation services for guests as needed
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and promotions to promote upselling opportunities
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times
