Concierge for International Hotel - Herzliya, Israel
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Concierge to join our team at an international hotel in Herzliya, Israel. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, and other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk area
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest's needs are met
- Keep updated on current events and activities in the local area to make recommendations to guests
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Prior experience as a concierge or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of the local area and attractions
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency
