Database Administrator

As a Database Administrator (DBA), you will be responsible for the performance, integrity, and security of our company's databases. Your main duties will include managing and maintaining the databases, ensuring data availability and access, troubleshooting any issues that may arise, and implementing security measures to protect the data. You will also be responsible for creating database backups and performing regular maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.

In this role, you will work closely with our development team to design and implement new databases as needed. You will also collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure that our systems are integrated and function efficiently. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in identifying and resolving any database performance issues.

To excel in this position, you should have a strong understanding of database management systems, as well as experience with SQL programming language. Knowledge of backup and recovery processes is also important in this role. As we are a rapidly growing company, we are looking for someone who is adaptable, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and can work well under pressure.

This is a contract position based in Las Vegas. While English fluency is preferred, it is not required as long as you have a basic understanding of the language. We welcome applicants of all nationalities who possess a biometric passport.

Salary for this position starts at $1500 per month but may increase based on experience and performance.
