We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Database Administrator to join our team in Shanghai, China. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's databases, ensuring the security, availability, and performance of our data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement database structures for efficient data storage and retrieval
- Monitor database performance and make necessary adjustments for optimal performance
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolution
- Ensure data integrity by implementing backup and recovery strategies
- Collaborate with other teams to develop database solutions that meet business requirements
- Create and maintain database documentation including data standards, procedures, and definitions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in SQL programming language and experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle)
- Experience with database migration, replication, and disaster recovery strategies
- Knowledge of database security best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Shanghai, China. Accommodation will not be provided but we can assist with finding suitable accommodation if needed.
